Rock It Out Loud Limited Return/Refund Policy is for all items.
Limited Return/Refund Policy
This return/refund policy is for Rock It Out Loud customers who have received a product that is damaged/defective. Rock It Out Loud makes an effort to provide the best service for all our customers. To better understand the return and refund process, please view the following information below:
Limited Return/Refund Request Type:
Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged/ defective. Please request return within 7 days after receiving the damaged product. Rock It Out Loud will then contact the manufacturer and request a replacement due to damaged/defective product. Upon contacting the manufacturer, Rock It Out Loud needs to send proof of the damaged product to the manufacturer so replacement can be approved. Please see the asterisk section below on what you will need to do for a return/replacement
Incorrect or Missing Products
We have a quality control standard. Our manufacturer checks every product after production and before delivery. If any of the following circumstances exist, we offer a full refund or replacement:

Incorrect product

Product with the wrong color, size, etc

Product with a missing component
Please note that:
You may not need to return the incorrect product, depending on the return type, we will refund or resend the right one to you. We will email you with return instructions after return is initiated.
Products Out of Stock
Rock It Out Loud offers a full refund if the product is out of stock. We will notify you and make the refund or offer replacement.
Products Unable to Ship
offers a full refund if the product can not be shipped for any reason. We will notify you and make the refund.
Delayed Orders Caused by Address or Package Unclaimed
Order delay caused by delivery pending, due to an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer noted by delivery service, etc, No Refund will be issued.
Canceling Orders
Due to the particularity and uniqueness of our custom products, Once production is confirmed, on the order: order can not be cancelled. We will issue a full refund if the product is cancelled prior to production. Usually production happens within 24 hours of order being placed.

***What you need to provide for a Return/Replacement***

Photos/videos of the damaged item. We need these items so we can send proof to the manufacturing facility to prove the damage. (Photos in jpg or png format)

Tracking number of the item. If Rock It Out Loud asks for a return of an item, you will need to provide the shipping cost to return the item to us. We will email you with instructions.
